Acton Gardens Marketing Suite

Caledonian were contracted by Countryside and L&Q to deliver a new marketing suite, regional office and show-home for their Acton Gardens development in London.
This turnkey project required Caledonian to commission an Architect and to gain planning permissions for the site. Whilst the site was being cleared and ground works were underway the modules were being produced to a high level of fit-out at the factory in Newark.
The resulting two storey building is providing multi-functional spaces that reinforce the overall quality and specification of the 52 acre regeneration project.
