The brief was to a provide a cost-effective single storey petrol station with a shop.
The building included a high level of factory fit-out, including all finishes internally, M&E installation (except refrigeration), doors, windows and all other building elements.
The five modules were assembled in the factory as per the final design, this meant that the client could review progress in an as-built scenario.
Whilst the modules were being completed at the factory, the existing petrol station and forecourt were being demolished resulting in the new shop being installed in a matter of hours when delivered to site.
